Andrew Lee-Lovick

If you’re anything like Andrew who lives a busy lifestyle then you know time is a virtue.

Therefore when we train Andrew, we make sure he works every inch of muscles so that he maximises his results.

One thing about Andrew is that he likes to make sure his exercise technique is on point.

This is soothing to hear and see… as I see many clients… and gym-goers focus a lot on getting their heart rate up and sweat on…

Which is not a bad thing…

BUT

in order to see physical changes to your body, you have to build muscle.

Since 2008, I have coached many who go against the grain.

Reduce cardio and focus on building as much muscle as possible.

When you do that, strength will follow through as you.

There’s no need to lift enormous weights – unless you’re goal is to compete in a powerlifting competition.

And when you focus on working the muscle each rep and sets… not only will you increase your metabolism…

you’ll also – by default work up a sweat and increase the heart rate…

How?

Well, when you maintain tension on your muscle, you’re forced to use a lot of energy, strength and force to move that weight.

Next time slow down the exercise…

and let me know if you sweat more, feel every fibre of your muscle work…

Do it for at least 4 weeks, and see if you get better results.

Not only are you training smarter, harder and safer.

This is why Andrew is seeing results with 2 sessions a week.

here is what andrew said about us...

*Have trained with Pete for a couple of years now for both joint and solo personal training. His enthusiasm has been well worth getting up early twice a week, and he always checks in between sessions for support!
