I’ve made quite considerable gains in the past 12 months.
In one particular event that I’ve just done, 20 minutes better than what I achieved last year, which is a pretty phenomenal result, considering I trained fairly hard for that same event last year.
I would have to recommend Pete thoroughly for personal training, in any aspect that you would want to achieve results with.
Whether it be weight loss or fitness or strength, I thoroughly recommend him. I’ve made some great changes.
