Here’s a quick story about James…
 
The before and after photo you see of James on this page was from the consistent actions that he took of our program.
 
But what you don’t realise is that James already had years of weight lifting under his belt – compared to most people.
 
When I met James, he was already lifting weight 6-7 times a week… he JUST wasn’t seeing the results he wanted in the mirror.
 
He was strong… but when he took his shirt, he wasn’t satisfied with how he looked.
 
He wanted to be able to take off his shirt at the beach and feel confident.
 
For James to look the way that he does (in the after photo) required a fair bit of lean muscle mass.
 
And this is where his years of weight lifting came into play…
 
Regardless of whether he was lifting correctly or not…
 
He was doing something – consistently…
 
And something is better than nothing.
 
Doing the same thing compounded over time will give you a result.
 
It may not be the result you’re looking for… but at least it’s a result.
 
So, all we did was shed off the fat by dialling in his diet.
 
Now, if anyone tells you that you can look exactly like someone without knowing what your past history of weight lifting is… what your lifestyle is, what your exercise technique is…run for the hills.
 
It’s like going to a bank and asking for a home loan and the adviser approving your home loan without knowing your financial record or history.
 
But enough that…
