Long-term Weight Loss Success Stories

Weight Loss Success Stories

Are you celebrating your weight loss achievements?

If not, I highly recommend you do so, whether your win is big or small – it’s still a win.

We love celebrating and congratulating our team members when they achieve results.

I have found that every time we celebrate a client’s win, they work harder to achieve their next goal – so make sure you celebrate your wins as well.

Have a look at their results here if you want.

In fact, we just had our annual awards night where we gave recognition to those that did an outstanding job throughout the year.

I could not be any more proud of what these guys have achieved.

Our Real Weight Loss Stories And How They Did It

Before I share with you real weight loss stories and how they did it – let me share with you what awards we handed out that night and who took out first second and third place.

We wanted to make sure that everyone was on an even playing field and because we track and monitor everyone’s results consistently – we were able to assign the awards to the right winner.

Awards that were handed out on the night consisted of The True Grit, Weight Loss, Lean Body Mass, Skinfold Loss, Body Fat Loss To Weight Ratio and Strongest Body To Weight Ratio.

Now you are probably thinking what is The True Grit Award – Right? Well here is a web definition of what Grit stands for.

Grit is defined as “perseverance and passion for long-term goals.” … Grit is conceptualized as a stable trait that does not require immediate positive feedback. Individuals high in grit are able to maintain their determination and motivation over long periods despite experiences with failure and adversity.

Therefore, as you can see, this is a SPECIAL award and was very hard for me to choose the winner – especially when everyone put in 100% to their training and nutrition.

The person that we chose to win this award is just as dedicated to their goals as everyone else,

They encountered just as many obstacles and challenges – especially when this person travelled literally every second week for work.

This person faced adversity so many times but did not let anything get in the way.

This person stayed consisted and focused on what they needed to do to get the results that they desired.

The person that won The True Grit Award was Elise Hansen!

The following set of awards we handed out consisted of first, second and third place.

The second set of awards for the night was The Weight Loss Award.

Everyone worked very hard throughout the year but Fil Cristaldi had a far greater healthy weight loss than everyone else… Fil has also been able to keep the weight off for over 2 years now with no rebound. I would consider his achievement as long-term weight loss success stories.

The runner-up for this award went to Steve Hockey followed by David Taylor…

However, if you would like to see more weight loss before and after that I have been able to help, then take a look at this page.

The third set of awards for the night was The Lean Body Mass Award.

Building lean muscle is not easy, but with consistent action and tracking your training and nutrition puts you in a better position at gaining good quality lean muscle mass.

The results came in and Oliver Haiwen gained the leanest body mass. The runner-up for this award went to L-A Thomas followed by Elise Hansen taking out third place.

At Peter Nguyen Fitness we do a lot of skinfold testing so we wanted to award the person who lost the most skinfolds.

There were three distinct competitors for this award however, L-A Thomas had the most skinfold loss. The runner-up for this award went to Fil Cristaldi and third place went to Elise Hansen.

As I said before, we celebrate everyone’s wins – whether the results are big or small.

We wanted to give this next award to the person that lost the most fat in regards to their body weight.

This put everyone on the same playing field and was fair to those that did not weight over 100kg – who also worked just as hard.

This next award was The Body Fat Loss To Weight Ratio.

First place went to David Taylor followed by Steve Hockey and Fil Cristaldi came in at third place. Unfortunately, David wasn’t able to attend the event so no photo was taken.

We weren’t going to do this next award, but after watching the video below over and over again, I had to give The Strongest Body To Weight Ratio Award to Harley Thomas – who is ONLY 5 years old.

This is so inspiring and impressive – don’t you think?

So How Did They Do This?

When I assess my clients for the first time, I plan and map out their fitness routine – making sure that it fits within their lifestyle for at least 10+ years.

The reason behind this is that I want to see my clients achieve their results WHILST maintaining their lifestyle & results years to come… I want them to be a long term weight loss success stories for others who need motivation.

We ask them questions at the beginning as to what they can and cannot do/maintain on a day-to-day basis and then work from there.

Once I mapped out their fitness plan, the next goal for them is to stay consistent.

We make tweaks to their nutrition and training along the way to minimize their results from plateauing.

Everyone is different and results may vary.

If you would like to work with me, fill out this application form here and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
