To get abs…
Firstly, you need to be eating less than what your body can burn.
Finding out your current lean body mass, metabolic rate and body fat percentage can help allocate how much you need to eat per day.
Secondly, you need to increase lean body mass if you have low lean body mass…
because in order for your muscles to pop when you shed fat, there needs to be something under the layer of fat.
And the higher your lean body mass… the faster your metabolism… making losing fat.. easier.
Thirdly, if you don’t want to dedicate a training session for abs, then you need to learn how to constantly activate them during your lifts.
The only downside is, your abs may not be defined as much…
and you may need to lose more body fat if you can’t seem them – even if you’re already at low body fat.
Your genetics also plays a role in how your abs look too.
But if you want them to pop like Sunny’s, then you will need to train abs.
