Upendra Palampati

If you’re a business owner and father like Upendra, then you know finding time for your health can be challenging.

When I asked Upendra what his number one goal was… he said

“I want to be fit and strong enough to keep up with my son, I never want to say I’m too tired to my son…

I want to be able to pick my son up and have the strength to last and not be exhausted.”

So the first thing we did was understand and incorporate his current nutrition so that he can maintain his lifestyle… as Upendra is Indian.

Completely changing his regular dietary intake meant it was just a matter of time before he would give up… and that’s what we wanted to avoid.

From there, we kept his diet the same but added a few things to help get the results he wanted…

and made sure that he had enough energy throughout the day.

Next, we focused on making sure we strengthen the movement patterns that he would encounter when playing with his son…. with the correct technique.

We then continue to progress in those exercises every week until he reached his goal.

Upendra is a shy person and doesn’t talk much…

But when he told me he is able to pick his son up and play with him and not get tired anymore…

I knew that he was happy with his progress.

here is what Upendra said about us...

*Peter is one of the best coaches I’ve ever had train me. From working with him, you will obviously improve physically, but also in your understanding of your own body, and knowledge of how to train and improve.
