I was quite a plus-size kid growing up and was teased about it which didn't help with my insecurities towards my weight... I was already self-conscious about my weight.
During high school, I would do the whole thing of under eat all day and then got home and binge... just having a cycle that wasn't very healthy... but wasn't recognised as an issue because of my size... it's something that I have always struggled with throughout my life.
Before Pete's coaching, I've literally tried everything.I've tried keto, I've tried fasting, I've tried shakes, I've tried paleo.... ah everything... anything you can think of, I have tried... and nothing gave me the sustainability and joy when it came to my lifestyle.
I had some fantastic results with my last experience and we're still going through this journey.... so I started at 38% body fat and now I'm down to 18%...that took a whole year it wasn't something like a 12-week program... it was a lifestyle change and I'm better, stronger, have more awareness, I can fit my clothes better and I can eat more hahaha...
I would recommend Peter to anyone who has is struggling with their weight loss and muscle building goal... and specifically those who have tried everything like me and have struggled with results.
